Rajkummar bought a residence that formerly belonged to Janhvi Kapoor. The Roohi star had spent Rs 39 Crore (about $800,000) in 2020 to purchase the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of one of the towers. At this time, she had sold it to Raj and Patralekhaa, his wife, for a total of RS 43.87 Crore.
According to the Hindustan Times, the 3,456-square-foot triplex residence owned by Rajkummar and Patralekhaa comes with six parking spaces, as indicated by records retrieved by SquareFeatIndia.com. A structure with flats on floors 14, 15, and 16 located on a lush corner. Documents indicate the agreement was signed on March 31, 2022.
The apartment is officially transferred into Rajkummar and Patralekhaa’s names on July 21, 2022. According to reports, the new owners forked over Rs 2.19 Crore in stamp duty, while Janhvi forked over Rs 78 lakh.
